About the project

Authentic Spanish architecture, with wood balconies, glazed tiles and a terra-cotta tile roof. The lobby is hung with original paintings by Tom Soltesz, and a beautifully landscaped rear terrace has a barbecue.

With only two residences per floor, floor plans at 1512 Floribunda range from over 2,000 to over 2,700 square feet. The interiors include two or three bedrooms, grand formal living and dining rooms, huge family rooms with adjacent kitchens, high ceilings throughout, and French doors opening onto private balconies and terraces.

All floors are full-plank oak hardwood. The kitchens have custom-crafted cabinets, granite counters and Viking, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances. Every master suite is a private sanctuary with a balcony or walled courtyard, and the master baths have air-jet whirlpool tubs, marble, heated floors and adjustable lighting.

Designed by architect Dale Meyer, and developed and built by Thorenfeldt Construction.
