A brand-new Mediterranean villa

Status

Completed

Location

Burlingame, CA

About the project

On a gentle rise against a backdrop of majestic oaks, a newly completed Mediterranean villa of immense architectural appeal. Inside are four bedroom suites, including an ultra-luxurious master suite, a great room and kitchen combination, a large dining area with fireplace, a workout, office and media room, and a three-car attached garage. Off the great room is a walled European-style courtyard, and the home is designed to bring the outdoor light in.

The authentic Mediterranean architecture was curated by Kevin Patrick O'Brien, a California-based and internationally renowned master of Mediterranean design. Outside, the clay tile roof, deep-set windows, sculptured eaves, welcoming entry and sparkling white stucco make an architectural statement of great distinction. Inside are white oak plank hardwood floors throughout, extensive LED recessed lighting and Wi-Fi in every room, and ultra-high-end finishes, materials and fixtures: a kitchen with Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, marble countertops and designer tile, and bathrooms with custom cabinetry, designer tile and marble, every one of them receiving outdoor light.

Custom crafted by Warren Donald Construction, with no detail overlooked, in the charming town of Burlingame where the Easton Addition meets the wooded Burlingame Hills.
