About the project

In the heart of downtown Palo Alto, a few blocks from bustling University Avenue, a new enclave of just three detached Craftsman-inspired homes. Meticulously detailed inside and out, these homes are a tribute to the venerable homes that grace this special neighborhood.

Homer Place sits on a private court in the historic Professorville neighborhood, and its shingle-style Craftsman homes blend right in with their turn-of-the-century neighbors.

Designed, developed and built by A.S.I. Engineering.
