About the project

Farm Lane was once the last working produce farm in Hillsborough. The land was divided into 17 estate lots of up to 1.25 acres, with a wooded creek running through the middle.

Five of the lots were sold to developer Terry Dodds, who built five magnificent estate homes, one of them a designer show house. The remaining lots were sold to owner-users, or remain with the original owner.
