About the project

Stonebridge was developed from the former L.C. Smith horse ranch, the last working horse ranch in Hillsborough. It was sensitively planned to preserve the land's gentle contours, majestic oaks and spectacular bay views, and with much of it left in its pristine condition, Stonebridge keeps the enchantment of old Hillsborough.

Developed by the White Land Company and Pinn Brothers, with homes by several noted architects, including Farro Essalat.
