Condo building · San Mateo
222 6th Avenue
Stradbally Court, a landmark building in downtown San Mateo
About the project
Nine luxury condominiums in the New York prewar tradition: two residences on each floor, of up to about 2,550 square feet, and a full-floor penthouse of over 5,000 square feet. Design features include mahogany paneling, cast-plaster moldings and ceilings, and a grand hotel-style lobby. Stradbally Court is in the heart of downtown San Mateo, half a block from Central Park.
Developed and built by O'Riordan Construction, and designed by architects Alex Mortazavi and Neal Gabbay.
